The team of the EF-TEK company, without any doubt, is the most valuable asset and a solid foundation for successful development.

In 2013, as of the end of Q2, the EF-TEK company staff numbered up to 30 employees, not including the invited experts.

Most of highly qualified experts employed by the company have extensive experience in joint participation and collaboration on investment projects in foreign engineering companies, construction and assembly / design organizations.

On the other hand, the company EF-TEK human development growth strategy also includes young staff relations. The most successful and advanced graduates from the leading specialized universities of the country, including Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU), Moscow Power Institute (MPI), Ivanovo State Power University (ISPU) etc., are regularly invited for further work in the Company.

The staff includes the engineers of various specialties (constructing, power, electrical engineers, experts in project management), cost consultants, economists with many years' experience in investment analysis, lawyers and specialists in energy markets.
