TECHNOLOGY AND PRICES AUDIT FOR THE KOLYMA HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT
In July 2019 our company EF-TEK completed a public techs and prices audit for the investment project entitled “220 KV indoor switchgear equipment upgrade, with its optional replacement with a gas-insulated kiosk substation”. Within the scope of the said audit our specialists completed the following:
- expert engineering review and feasibility verification of the investment project costs;
- expert engineering review of the investment project timing and schedule;
- expert engineering feasibility review of the adopted structural, technical and cost estimate-related solutions;
- expert engineering feasibility review of the adopted technology-related solutions (this included analysis of the existing design documents); financial and economic evaluation of the investment project;
- identification of the major investment project risks;
