Due Diligence of a business-plan for the construction of the own power generation unit with the capacity of 200 MWкта строительства объекта собственной генерации 200 МВт
In October 2012 EF-TEK finished a Due Diligence of the business-plan on the investment project of construction of the own power generation unit with the capacity of 200 MW for oil refinery. The unit is destined to provide power supply for the large oil refinery located in the Urals Federal District. EF-TEK experts analyzed a technical, legal and financial concept of the project, found out some associated risks and gave recommendations to offset risks.
