Due Diligence of a new CHP with the capacity of more than 50 MW

In February 2012 the company EF-TEK successfully finished a Due Diligence of the operating CHP with the capacity of more than 50 MW, the construction of which was finished several months ago. The Due Diligence was made in the interests of the private investor considering expediency of “entering” the project at the operational stage. During the work EF-TEK experts evaluated quality of the executed works on designing, construction and erection of the new station, analyzed basic risks for the investor during operational activities and the CHP service maintenance with regard to changes on the heat sales market from the moment of  starting the plant design.
