Development of a business-plan on Moscow CHP#27 reconstruction

In April 2013 the company EF-TEK successfully finished development of a business-plan on the investment project of CHP#22 reconstruction for Mosenergo OJSC. The business-plan was elaborated for Mosenergoproject, a TEK Mosenergo, OJSC branch, as an economic efficiency, financing expediency and project feasibility study.

During the work EF-TEK, LLC experts made a marketing analysis of heat and power markets in the plant affected area, developed concepts of power distribution schemes for different variants of project realization, as well as elaborated a financial model of the project and estimated a response of efficiency factors related to the key marginal conditions.

Mosenergo, OJSC is the largest regional generating company in the Russian Federation and technologically an integral part of the unified energy system of Russia. The company is one of the largest heat producers in the world. Mosenergo, OJSC includes 15 power plants with the installed electric capacity of 12,3 thous. MW, and heat capacity of 35 thous. Gcal/h. Mosenergo, OJSC power plants deliver more than 60% of electric power consumed in Moscow region, and cover about 70% of Moscow demand in heat.

Moscow Design Institute for designing Power Plants Mosenergoproject (MEP) was founded in December 1922 to design power plants constructed under the State Committee for Electrification of Russia. During this period Mosenergoproject designed projects for construction, reconstruction and retrofitting of power plants, heating mains, indoor and outdoor substations, cable and overhead lines, communications and remote control facilities as well as long-term heat and power supply schemes for Moscow and other Russian regions. Now Mosenergoproject is included into the Group of Companies TEK Mosenergo, OJSC .
