TECHNOLOGY AND PRICES AUDIT FOR THE KOMSOMOL'SK-NA-AMURE CITY CHP PLANT NO. 2
Our company EF-TEK conducted this technology and prices audit as part of the Feasibility Study and Definition of the main engineering and economical parameters procedure for a project entitled “Komsomol'sk-na-Amure City CHP plant no. 2 turbosets no. 7 and 8 upgrade”. As part of the said audit workscope, our specialists completed the following:
- expert engineering review and feasibility verification of the investment project costs;
- expert engineering review of the investment project timing and schedule;
- expert engineering feasibility review of the adopted structural, technical and cost estimate-related solutions;
- expert engineering feasibility review of the adopted technology-related solutions (this included analysis of the existing design documents); financial and economic evaluation of the investment project;
- identification of the major investment project risks;
